Locations are accessed by clicking the gear icon 
in the upper right hand corner of the page and clicking on Locations.
Once on the locations page, find the location you want to delete and move your mouse over the location to reveal the controls. Then click the delete button.
Once the delete button is clicked, you will be prompted to confirm your deletion. To finish deleting the location, click the "Delete Location" button.
If the location is assigned to any users the deletion will be terminated and the user will receive an error message.
Once deleted you will be given a confirmation that the target locations was deleted.
