To delete a label format click on the formats link in the main menu.
Once on the formats screen find the format you want to delete and move your mouse over the record to reveal the controls and click on the delete button.
You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the label format. Click on the Delete Format button to confirm the deletion.
