The requests under the 'Shipments' tab are parcel shipments such as FedEx and UPS labels.
You are only able to search using the magic search bar under this tab. For example, if you are looking for a label with a specific tracking number, you can enter that tracking number into the magic search bar and the request will pop up.
There are 3 different options for these requests:
View: 'View' will display the details of the shipment as well as a graphical representation of what the label looked like.
Print: 'Print' will allow you to reprint the label to any printer.
Void: 'Void' will change the status of the request to 'voided' which means that you won't be billed because the request will not be sent.
