Displayed Print Requests
On the print requests page, it will show print requests from that day by default. You are able to change this by clicking in the upper-right drop-down menu, which gives you the options of Day, 3 Days, Week, Month, All.
By default, 'All' includes the print requests from the past 365 days. You are able to change this by clicking on the settings logo in the top right corner, then clicking profiles.
Once you are on the profiles tab, on the left side of the menu there is a box titled 'Print Request History Days'. You can edit this number from 365 to more or less. You may also change the 'Clear History Time' to another time than 6:00 p.m. This 'Clear History Time' is the time each day that cipher automatically deletes print history exceeding the maximum print request history day.
